As a service to my community, I offer a Free Yoga class each week at the Faith Presbyterian Church on E. Oltorf. It is a great way to start your yoga training from a beginning to intermediate level, and to get an introduction to my teaching methods, should you decide you would like to take a private class with me, or join one of my other classes to increase the frequency of your yoga practice.
Join us any Monday evening. I supply mats, blocks and bands, so just show up in your most comfortable yoga clothing.
